Return & Exchange policy

Returns & Exchanges are subject to following-

1. NO EXCHANGE/RETURN DURING SALE.
2. If there is any form of customization, i.e fall & edging, additional fitting, those pieces could not be exchanged/ returned
3. The return shipment to be borne by the customer.
4. Return or Exchange intimation should be called at +919910134560 within 2 days of receiving the products
5. The products are to be sent back to Aggarwal Saree Centre by customer.
6. Upon receiving the returned goods the user can contact us on +919910134560 to then ask for the refund amount or the product that they want.
7. In case of an Exchange the user can contact on +919910134560 to request for exchange.
8. After the returned good is processed, you can either get Coupon Code for the amount or exchange for another products.
9. All delivery times our calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays and lockdown scenarios.
10. We will return or replace your goods under 3 days.
11. We will initiate the refund in minimum of 2 days and maximum of 12 days.
